HOW DO I PROVIDE ARTWORK?

You may provide artwork in either PNG or JPG format up to 150kb (file size). However, if the image you supply is of an inferior quality, we may request that you provide us with a superior image (and a heart-felt apology).

We may also ask that you provide a PMS colour reference. Should you be unable to provide such a reference, we may require a sample of your logo's colour/s in use (i.e. business card, poster or printout).

Always try to supply artwork at 100% of actual printing size. If you are supplying an image or scan in raster format, please make sure it is 300 dpi (min) and saved as a hi-res PNG or JPG.

HOW CAN I MAKE SURE MY LOGO'S BACKGROUND IS TRANSPARENT?

Unless your file has been uploaded as a transparent PNG file, you will notice a white background around your image. This background will be removed in manufacturing unless specifically noted at the time of order. If you have any further questions regarding artwork, please email: customerservice@designacap.com

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE (WHICH IT WON'T BE)?

HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

You can contact customer service by clicking on the 'Contact' link located in our bottom menu bar. Simply enter your e-mail address, your specific question or concern, and press 'Send'. One of our friendly and attractive customer service representatives will reply to you within 24 hours.

CAN I USE A GIFT CARD TO PURCHASE CAPS?

Gift cards are not accepted at DesignACap at this time. Payment is via credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express only. No IOU's.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

We do not offer expedited shipping. All DesignACap orders are shipped via UPS and will arrive within 3 to 4 weeks from the time of your order.

WHAT COUNTRIES CAN ORDERS BE SHIPPED TO?

DesignACap only ships to Europe, South Africa, China, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, and the US.

I WANT A COLOUR THAT ISN'T IN YOUR CUSTOM CAP CREATOR. CAN I REQUEST ANOTHER COLOUR?

You cannot currently request colours that aren't offered through the DesignACap website. However, we regularly update the available colours and styles, so please check back frequently to see what's on offer.

WHY SHOULD I REGISTER?

By registering, you can save all of your DesignACap designs. This ability allows you to purchase any of your designs at any time. Registered users also have the opportunity to purchase special limited edition designs created by DesignACap.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

You may retrieve your password in the registration login window. Simply click 'Login' on the top menu bar, select the 'Forgot your password?' option, and enter your email address. We will then re-email your password. But if you forget again, watch out!

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO PURCHASE?

Yes. You must register with DesignACap in order to make a purchase. You must also register if you wish for your designs to be available once you exit the site.
